Welcome! I'm Stasia Dunlap

As a Texas native raised in the charming town of Sherman, I bring a sense of warmth and understanding to the therapy space. I hold a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from the University of North Texas and a Master's in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Texas A&M University-Commerce.

With a background in supporting individuals from all walks of life, I employ a flexible and integrative approach to therapy, blending techniques from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), and Solution-Focused Therapy. I believe that therapy is a collaborative process built on empathy, respect, and trust. I see each client as unique, and I am committed to tailoring our sessions to reflect your personal experiences and aspirations.

I specialize in addressing a range of concerns, including anxiety, depression, trauma, self-esteem, substance use, relationship issues, and interpersonal challenges. I understand that taking the first step toward therapy can feel daunting, but it is also a powerful act of courage and self-care. Together, we will work to uncover your strengths, create meaningful change, and build a fulfilling path forward.

I’m here to support you every step of the way and look forward to being a part of your healing journey!
